Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping worldwide which includes Shipping includes tracking and insurance

Order processing times are 3-5 business days and shipping times range from 2-4 Weeks depending on the product chosen and location being sent too

ALL of  packages sent out DO NOT require signatures to be delivered.

Rest assured your package will be left in a safe place (out of sight and out of the weather), at the delivery driver’s discretion.

Estimating Delivery Time

The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country’s customs office. Note that orders shipped may take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

Duties and Taxes

The customer may required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

Why Can’t You Ship to My Country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries.

If you received an email that your order was “Returned” that means your order was returned to our facility and could not be delivered for any number of reasons.

Our support team will need to manually replace the order with a new physical shipping address to help ensure the order can be deliverable.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has shipped from our facility, you will be responsible to contact the shipping carrier for any updates or to reschedule any delivery re-attempts.

If your tracking has had no update for more than 10 business days you can contact our support team and we will happily assist in locating the order.

If you have not received a tracking number for your order please contact our support team who will be happy to help update your address.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has shipped from our facility, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to make any delivery address.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your tracking number to check your order status.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your orders tracking number.  Orders of 2 or more products may have multiple tracking numbers which could be emailed at separate times.

Your order shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email used at the time of purchase.

If more than a week has passed since your order has been placed and you STILL haven’t received a tracking number you can contact our support and we will happily assist in locating the order.

PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 5 business days for you to receive your orders tracking number and shipping confirmation.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As prints are made to order, returns are not available, but if your order arrives damaged please let us know and a replacement will be sent

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase

Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Items Received

If your product arrives wrong or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here’s how:

  1. Take a photo of the wrong or damaged product.
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to [email protected]Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and brief description.
  3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your replacement canvas will be processed.
  4. Once your replacement is confirmed, you will not need to return the wrong product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.

To help ensure the safety of your package, the driver will try to leave your package out of plain sight if possible.

We recommend that you check all exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards.

You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package such as others who live in your same unit.

If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact our support team and we’ll track it down for you.

Rest assured we WILL make sure you receive your package from us if lost during delivery.
